I've been in a real rutt lately. It sucks. I'm not motivated to do anything. I've been in rutts before and what's always helped me turn things around has been working out...focusing on a goal and getting out there and making it a reality.

So time to get out of the rutt and back into the gym and onto the bike and into the blades and all that other stuff that I know will make this lousy feeling go away.

This is going to be my journal for my goals and progress.

Goals for this week:
  1. Hit the gym 5 times this week
  2. Eat good food throughout the week
  3. Run the Seawall twice this week and blade it at least once
