I've been in a real rutt lately. It sucks. I'm not motivated to do anything. I've been in rutts before and what's always helped me turn things around has been working out...focusing on a goal and getting out there and making it a reality.
So time to get out of the rutt and back into the gym and onto the bike and into the blades and all that other stuff that I know will make this lousy feeling go away.

- Hit the gym 5 times this week
- Eat good food throughout the week
- Run the Seawall twice this week and blade it at least once
