This Year's Arnold Classic
I don't usually follow pro bodybuilding results that closely. Enormous mass monsters who have obscured entire body parts with their tremendous size take a back seat to the perfect physiques of national level amatuers in my book.
This year however makes me optomisitc that the IFBB may be changing. The top 7 of the Arnold Classic were amazing. The winner, Victor Martinez was flawless. Here are some fav pics of the top 7.
Ronnie Rockel (7th):

Shit!
I created this blog back in August when I was feeling the shits.
Lot of time has passed since then.
Feeling much better.
I credit the gym for that. Been Obsessive about working out since about October. Have been on a mass-building diet and routine since Jan 1, 2007.
Since then I've gained 10.8 lbs -- by eating a whole lot of good food and lifted a ton of weights.
I weigh 190 or so right now. Aiming to be 195 by May. Whether I can get there will likely depend on how my surgery goes later this month. Hoping that it doesn't knock me off my for tooooo long.

Picture is from today -- I should look into getting some of that back hair moved to the crown of my head!
